has a client in Cottonwood Heights UT that is seeking a SAP TMS Techno Functional Consultant.

Summary: We are looking for a Lead SAP TM Functional Analyst to join our SAP TM implementation team acting as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and our offshore SAP TM implementation team. This role requires a hands-on functional expert who can capture business requirements design and configure SAP TM solutions and oversee the delivery of a small offshore team of analysts and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with business stakeholders in Logistics Transportation and Supply Chain to gather document and validate functional requirements

* Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications and solution designs within SAP TM

* Facilitate fit-gap analyses process design workshops and solution design reviews alongside our implementation partner

* Serve as the onsite SAP TM subject matter expert for configuration covering freight order management planning execution carrier selection and freight settlement

* Customize SAP TM functionality to meet business requirements

* Lead and coordinate offshore team members by assigning tasks clarifying designs reviewing deliverables and ensuring project timelines are met

* Support system integration unit and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT) including defect management and cutover planning

* Collaborate on integration design with SAP SD/MM/WM/EWM/Finance modules external carriers and other logistics systems

* Act as a quality gatekeeper to ensure offshore work aligns with solution architecture and standards

* Provide training guidance and support to business users and super users during deployment and post-go-live activities

Required Skills : * 6 years of experience in SAP TM implementations including at least one full-cycle project as a functional lead * In-depth knowledge of SAP TM core functionality: freight units freight orders planning tendering and settlement * Experience in hybrid onsite-offshore delivery models * Proven ability to create high-quality functional specifications design documentation and test scripts * Hands-on SAP TM configuration experience * Understanding of SAP SD/MM/WM/EWM and finance integration points * Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management * Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies * Knowledge of EDI standards and carrier integration processes * Transportation or logistics industry experience (e.g. wholesale retail distribution)
