Kforce has a client in Phoenix AZ looking for an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to drive requirements gathering system validation and testing initiatives. This role serves as a key link between business objectives and technical solutions ensuring systems are designed implemented and tested to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will lead analysis efforts oversee quality assurance processes and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Analysis and Documentation:
Partner with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and system capabilities Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop maintain and execute test scripts for functional regression and integration testing
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users for validation
Document and track defects; collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
Maintain compliance with established testing standards and best practices Leadership and Collaboration:
Serve as the primary liaison between business teams IT and QA
Facilitate workshops walkthroughs and review sessions to ensure clarity and alignment

Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or related field * 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst including 2 years in a lead capacity * Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional regression integration UAT) * Hands-on experience with test script creation and execution * Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
