Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Technical Consultant to assess and execute
SAP ERP upgrades from SAP ECC SAP Business One and NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA
with a focus on European countries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience
developing country-specific solutions ensuring compliance with local tax fiscal and
legal requirements for the above-mentioned countries.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate ABAP custom developments modifications and enhancements in SAP
ECC SAP Business One and NetSuite.
Assess code remediation needs for S/4HANA including HANA-optimized
performance tuning deprecated objects and functional changes.
Provide effort estimates timelines and resource planning for technical upgrade
activities.
Develop adapt and optimize localization solutions for European countries
ensuring compliance with:
Electronic invoicing (CFDI DGI DIAN AFIP)
Withholding tax (RET Percepciones Detracciones ReteIVA ReteFuente)
Legal and fiscal reporting (Libro de IVA CITI Ventas/Compras RG 3685 SIRE
VAT Ledger eAccounting)
Banking interfaces and payment formats required by financial institutions in the
region
Utilize SAP ATC (ABAP Test Cockpit) Code Inspector and Readiness Check to
analyze and resolve S/4HANA upgrade impacts.
Ensure seamless migration of legacy ABAP developments into SAP S/4HANA.
Address integration challenges between SAP S/4HANA and NetSuite ensuring
smooth data transition.
Work with SAP PI/PO SAP BTP APIs and middleware solutions to ensure
compliance with local business regulations.
Provide expert guidance on custom code migration and optimization in
S/4HANA.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure a smooth transition of custom
developments.
Document technical findings solutions and recommendations for key
stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
8 years of SAP ABAP development experience with at least 5 SAP S/4HANA
migration projects.
Knowledge of SAP ECC SAP Business One and NetSuite technical architecture.
Experience with HANA-optimized ABAP CDS Views AMDP and OData services.
Experience with SAP localization and fiscal compliance solutions for European
Countries.
Familiarity with SPAU/SPDD analysis ATC checks and SAP S/4HANA
Simplification List.
Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 is a plus.
Experience working in a global multi-entity environment is preferred.
