Job Summary

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno-Functional SME with 10
years of implementation experience who can be a strong team player with excellent
communication skills to support the existing configuration maintenance and
enhancement of our Benefits module. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between
HR business needs and technical capabilities ensuring seamless delivery of benefits
processes and integrations in addition to having intermediary skills for other HCM
modules (Core HR Goal & Performance Compensation). The resource will be working
full time on the HR POD attending daily stand-up calls and working to deliver stories
within the sprint. Resource must be hands on who can implement Benefits 2026 and
related activities with minimal supervision from the SME.
Required Experience:

8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 3 in Benefits
Understanding of Benefits setup eligibility rules and enrollment flows
Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts PL/SQL BI Publisher OTBI HDL and
Fast Formulas
Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices
Experience delivering Benefits Implementation & Absence Administration
Proficient in leading Benefits Open Enrollment and providing Benefits & Absence
Management
Experience in Benefits Stabilization projects across regions would be ideal
Certified Benefits HCM consultant will be Ideal.

Responsibilities
Modify/Configure and maintain Benefits plans programs rates and eligibility
profiles
Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing
Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas HCM Extracts and HDL data loads
Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and
compliance
Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments
Document configurations processes and change requests
