Open doors assist with directions and offer help with bags or umbrellas as needed.
Provide accurate information about the Centres facilities meeting rooms and services.
Recognize returning members and build positive rapport with regular visitors.
Monitor and maintain order at the main entrance and lobby area to ensure a smooth flow of foot traffic.
Ensure the lobby is always presentable and clutter-free reporting any cleaning or maintenance needs.
Assist with enforcing security protocols such as signing in visitors and checking access credentials.
Report suspicious activity or breaches of safety procedures to the CRM or Security.
Assist with emergency protocols including evacuation procedures.
Support Centre teams during high-traffic events by managing flow and assisting guests.
Liaise with Reception Concierge CRM and Security to ensure seamless front-of-house operations.
Accurately use visitor management systems and maintain logs as required.
Requirements
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional grooming and demeanor suitable for a premium hospitality environment.
High reliability punctuality and integrity.
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
Strong situational awareness and proactive mindset.
Experience as a hotel doorman (ideally). If not experience in hospitality concierge front desk or security support roles with clear understanding of standing requirement.
