The job

Our bartenders play a central role in elevating our multi-sensory visitor experience at the iconic birthplace of Jameson Irish Whiskey. Youll create exceptional beverages that complement our tours and experiences while engaging and exciting visitors with your skill knowledge and personality.

Working in a high-volume environment youll deliver consistent top-quality service and maintain efficient bar operations. From crafting drinks to managing stock replenishing supplies and ensuring the bar is always organised and ready for service. Youll work daytime shifts with occasional evening events.

This role requires strong work ethic reliability and an ability to perform at pace while maintaining warm professional interactions with visitors from all over the world.

Whether youre already confident with whiskey and cocktails or just starting out youre eager to grow your expertise through our world-class training.

Essential Criteria

  • Strong work ethic dependable and reliable with consistent high standards
  • Ability to work efficiently and remain calm in high-volume fast-paced environments
  • Skilled in bar operations including drink preparation stock management and maintaining organised workstations
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills; able to engage visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Team player who collaborates effectively and supports colleagues
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills through training
  • Fluent in English

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience as a bartender particularly in high-volume or visitor-focused settings
  • Knowledge of whiskey spirits or cocktails
  • Experience in hospitality or tourism environments
  • Additional language skills such as French German Italian or Spanish
  • Passion for heritage brands and storytelling
