Job Summary

Deep cleaning - Carry out thorough cleaning of all units including floors walls windows and hard to reach areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
Dishwashing Wash dishes utensils and kitchen equipment either by hand or using industrial dishwashers
Sanitisation - Disinfect surfaces touchpoints and communal areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Floor Care- Perform detailed cleaning of tiles and other flooring types including vacuuming mopping and scrubbing where required.
Fixtures and Fittings - Clean and polish fixtures furniture and fittings to keep all areas looking presentable.
Waste Management - Collect and dispose of rubbish recycling and other waste materials safety and efficiently.
Health and Safety Compliance - Follow all health and safety guidelines ensuring the correct us of cleaning products and equipment.
Stock control - Monitor and report on cleaning supplies to ensure materials are always available when needed.
Kitchen Cleanliness Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces countertops and food preparation areas. Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials

Qualifications :

No formal education is required but a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
