Job Summary
North Marion High School is seeking a Special Education Teacher / Case Managerto create a vibrant learning community for students. This position plays a key role in supporting students with special needs. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the identification of students in need of Special Education Services
- Diagnosis of learning needs
- Writing and implementation of Individual Education Programs (IEP)
- Consult with and provide assistance to classroom teachers in their efforts to support students experiencing disabilities in their classroom
- Establish relationships with students parents and colleagues to foster a sense of belonging and community.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Bachelors Degree with an endorsement in Special Education
- Valid Oregon Teaching License with applicable Special Education endorsements and authorization level(s)
- Must meet all other TSPC license requirements including Background and Criminal History Clearance
- Ability to maintain strength of knowledge and practice in instructional skills and strategies
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of subject matter to seek professional growth improve classroom instruction and to qualify for license renewal by following both state and district regulations

NOTE: Position is eligible for an annual stipend of $3750 pro-rated for the remainder of the school year. This is a temporary position for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year.
