Job Summary
All applicants are expected to create a fun inclusive and exciting environment for all students and staff. Prospective manager should possess the drive to improve daily participation in the National School Breakfast & Lunch Program a la carte and other related food services. The position is a Monday through Friday 6 hours a/day (7am 1 pm). Paid holidays and summers off. The person selected for this position will be responsible for: food / meal preparation for the school lunch program at Somerset Berkley Regional High School (SBRHS). production record keeping sanitation-cleaning schedule and assist with cleaning of all kitchen areas and financial reconciliation of POS (Point of sale machines) and vending ordering and receiving of all food beverage & paper product needed for daily service at monthly inventory for SBRHS all food safety practices are followed on daily all food service measurements and recipes are being dutys and supervise both full time and part time team members and create positive work place environment for cafeteria staff
