The person selected for this position will be responsible for: food / meal preparation for the school lunch program at Somerset Berkley Regional High School (SBRHS). production record keeping sanitation-cleaning schedule and assist with cleaning of all kitchen areas and financial reconciliation of POS (Point of sale machines) and vending ordering and receiving of all food beverage & paper product needed for daily service at monthly inventory for SBRHS all food safety practices are followed on daily all food service measurements and recipes are being dutys and supervise both full time and part time team members and create positive work place environment for cafeteria staff
