As a PTA in this role youll collaborate with licensed physical therapists to implement individualized therapy plans for patients recovering from surgery injury or illness. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments delivering therapeutic exercise programs manual therapy as prescribed monitoring patient progress documenting outcomes and communicating adjustments to the care team. Youll educate patients and families on home programs to promote continuity of care and reduce risk of setback.
