Job Summary

What you would do as our Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager within the Global Solutions division of ASSA ABLOY you will drive growth in Access Control CCTV and Door Entry solutions. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and positioning our security solutions as future-proof and compliant with industry standards. You will play a key role in expanding market share while ensuring exceptional post-sales satisfaction and repeat business.

The ideal candidate will develop strategic account plans maintain industry knowledge and collaborate on marketing initiatives. Youll engage with influencers associations and partners through events and campaigns while leveraging tools to demonstrate ROI and efficiency improvements across integrations and compliance.

You would also:

Prospect and secure new sales opportunities to grow market share in security solutions.

Develop and execute account/territory plans to exceed monthly quarterly and annual targets.

Build long-term customer relationships ensuring high post-sales satisfaction and repeat business.

Position solutions as compliant and future-proof adhering to NSI BSI BS EN GDPR and Cyber Security

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:

Experience in an incentive-based sales position.

A Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota.

Strong sales skills including negotiating and persuasion within a Business to business and business to sales environment.

The drive and the desire to succeed.

Resilience and strong rapport building skills.
