Job Summary

Hilton Stockholm Slussen is looking for a Night Manager to join our Front office team. You will be part of an international organization with the possibility of an international career. Hilton Stockholm Slussen is a full-service hotel located with a view over the old addition to the 289 guest rooms and large meeting facilities we operate two F&B outlets and our auditorium as an event location.

Ensure effective communication within the team as well as with colleagues from other departments by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.

Be responsible for our guests at the hotel during nighttime to ensure great guest experiences

Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics to inspire Team Members to meet and exceed targets

Supervise accurate and efficient Night Shift operations

Manage record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise

Qualifications What are we looking for:

You are a leader who thrives on providing great guest experience. You have a minimum of 2 years experience from a Front Office role or similar preferably in a larger hotel with an international environment.

It will also be beneficial if you have a degree within hotel management or similar (Eftergymnasial utbildning).

Preferably you have previous experience and knowledge in Opera or similar system as well as comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs.

It is vital to be able to communicate well in both English as well as Swedish.

Working hours are on a rotating schedule with 7 shifts on and 7 shifts off

You need to have work rights in Sweden to be considered for this role.
