Scopul postului
Asigurarea performanței optime a proceselor de producție prin analiză monitorizare și implementarea de soluții de îmbunătățire continuă cu scopul de a crește eficiența calitatea și sustenabilitatea operațiunilor.

Responsabilități principale

Analizează fluxurile de producție și identifică punctele critice care afectează performanța.
Monitorizează indicatorii de performanță (KPI) aferenți departamentului său și propune acțiuni corective și preventive.
Coordonează proiecte de îmbunătățire continuă (Lean Six Sigma Kaizen) pentru Pavaj Craiova si Titu.
Colaborează cu echipele de producție mentenanță calitate și logistică pentru optimizarea proceselor.
Elaborează și actualizează proceduri de lucru instrucțiuni tehnice și standarde de operare.
Participă la testarea și validarea de noi tehnologii echipamente sau metode de lucru.
Realizează rapoarte de proces și le prezintă managementului.
Asigură respectarea normelor de siguranță mediu și calitate în cadrul proceselor analizate.
Contribuie la digitalizarea proceselor și la implementarea de soluții automatizate.

Cerințe

Studii superioare în inginerie (mecanică industrială chimică automatizări etc.).
Experiență de minim 2-3 ani într-un rol similar în mediu industrial.
Cunoștințe solide de analiză de date statistici și metodologii de îmbunătățire continuă.
Abilități de utilizare a software-urilor de analiză (Excel avansat SAP etc.).
Certificări Lean / Six Sigma constituie un avantaj.
Gândire analitică orientare spre rezultate abilități de comunicare și lucru în echipă.
