This team is looking for a Sr. Strategist who can bring clarity and momentum to a fast-moving growth marketing environment. This person will help define the real problem partner closely with analytics and translate product-usage and owned-channel performance signals into a clear point of view strategic frameworks and actionable recommendations. Youll be hands-onbuilding decks narratives and written outputs that align stakeholders and drive decisions.
What youll do:
- Frame ambiguous problems quickly: Turn messy inputs into crisp problem statements hypotheses and decision paths.
- Translate data into direction: Partner with analytics to interpret product interaction and owned-channel performance data (e.g. email in-product notifications) then synthesize implications and opportunities.
- Build strategic frameworks: Develop models operating frameworks and prioritization approaches that help the team move faster and smarter.
- Create executive-ready outputs: Produce sharp decks narratives and white-paper style recommendations that are clear structured and action-oriented.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders: Bring structure to cross-functional conversations connect the dots and keep work moving forward in a dynamic environment.
- Support planning and resourcing conversations: Help evaluate opportunities tradeoffs and where to deploy effort for maximum impact.
Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience in strategy strategic operations growth strategy or related roles (consulting in-house strategy welcomed)
- Strong critical thinking and comfort operating in ambiguityable to contribute meaningfully on day one
- Proven ability to write and build: decks narratives and recommendations that hold up with senior stakeholders
- Experience working with analytics partners and using data to inform strategy (you dont need to be the data miner)
- Understanding of growth marketing / lower-funnel dynamics and customer journey (product-adjacent mindset)
- Highly organized proactive and comfortable operating at speed with shifting priorities
Nice to have
- Background in strategy consulting (strategy side vs. operations delivery)
- Familiarity with subscription businesses martech ecosystems or product-led growth environments
- Experience working in large matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups
