Is this role right for you In this role you will:
- Completing various complex reconciliations / adjustments
- Participate in physical securities count
- Monitoring outstanding reconciling adjustments
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships systems and knowledge
- Understand how the Banks risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas while ensuring the adequacy adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational compliance AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk
- Understanding departmental and client needs while collaborating with our business partners to focus on building strong relationships and encourage positive experiences.
- Preparation / completion of the Regulatory / Internal reporting including audit related activities and participating in mid/year end activities (i.e. physical security counts)

- You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.

- You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences clubs and competitions and/or hackathons.
- Problem solving and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Overall knowledge of securities accounting and finance with some back-office experience
- Organized able to multi-task work well under pressure and handle multiple projects/initiatives all within tight deadlines and minimum supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
