About the Role
As a Sushi Chef (壽司師傅) you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely courteous and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi and related dishes with consistent quality and presentation standards supporting daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety in compliance with HACCP and ISO22000 requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
- 預備食材並烹調壽司及相關菜式確保品質及一致性支援日常廚房運作
- 根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平
- 履行上司分配的工作
About You
- At least 2 years of experience in Hotels or notable standalone operations with similar capacities.
- Basic knowledge in HACCP and ISO22000.
- Team player with strong communication multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- 具備至少兩年酒店或餐飲服務業相關工作經驗
- 基本食物安全及衞生知識
- 具備良好溝通能力及出色的組織技巧並具備團隊合作精神
