DEPARTMENT: BBC Studios Presentation Planning
LOCATION: Warsaw (minimum 3 days per week in the office)
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: between100800 zł per year (8400 zł per month) and 126000 zł per year(10500 zł per month) depending on relevant skills knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Join the BBC Studios Global Markets team as a Presentation and Media Planner where youll play a key role in delivering accurate high quality presentation schedules for BBC branded channels across Poland and the CEE region. Your work ensures seamless transmission optimised promotional airtime and a consistently excellent viewer experience.
WHY JOIN THE TEAM
Youll be part of a collaborative international team working across Warsaw London and the Netherlands shaping the on air experience of BBC channels across Central and Eastern Europe. This role offers the chance to develop deep expertise in presentation scheduling work closely with creative and editorial teams and contribute to the success of globally recognised BBC brands.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT
- Manage end to end presentation schedules delivering accurate and fully transmittable playlists to the external playout provider.
- Collaborate with the local Programming Team to build monthly schedules ensuring correct transmission times channel branding and optimised promotional and commercial airtime.
- Process schedule amendments including last minute changes ensuring accuracy and continuity.
- Maintain accurate entry of all promotions and versions in the central database.
- Work with the UK Media Planning team to deliver media plans that maximise campaign effectiveness across promotions continuity and on screen graphics.
- Liaise with internal and external partners including data suppliers and commercial sales houses and support wider Presentation team initiatives.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Proven experience creating fully transmittable presentation schedules for linear TV channels.
- Ability to manage real time schedule changes including last minute amendments.
- Strong capability in entering tracking and maintaining promotions versions and metadata in a central scheduling database.
- Experience working with media planning outputs (promotions continuity on screen graphics) and translating them into precise schedule placements.
- Prior experience with presentation scheduling systems for commercial channels (and ideally familiarity with FAST or VOD workflows).
- Fluency in Polish and English.
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Awareness of BBC channel brands such as BBC First BBC Lifestyle BBC Brit CBeebies and BBC Earth.
- Experience or knowledge of FAST channels Video on Demand media or related platforms.
- Phoenix.
