Job Summary
(Contract 6 Months)
Job Requirement
- Bachelors degree Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication in Thai (Native speaker) & English (beginner or intermediate) and computer literacy
- Excellent customer service skills and service mind
- Prioritizing work activities and meeting necessary deadlines
- Meticulous and able to work effectively under time constraints
- Excellent attention to details flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills
- Able to work under pressure and within tight schedule
Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment materials (including application form writing test interview evaluation form)
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Following up on the interview process status
- Prepare document follow up pre-employment check list for pre-hire employees
- Conduct orientation program such as booking room arrange time with instructor
- Maintain effective data in workday system and send new employees documents on time
