Job Summary
Bachelors Degree in Environmental Engineering Environmental Science Civil Engineering or related field
DENR-required environmental trainings (e.g. ECC compliance awareness)
Training on Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001)
Basic HSE or EMS certification
Experience
Minimum 57 years experience in environmental inspection or monitoring roles.
Experience working on dams hydropower tunneling or large civil works projects.
Strong background in ESMP implementation and environmental compliance monitoring.
Experience coordinating with contractors regulators and project management teams.
Experience preparing environmental reports and documentation.
Skills/Knowledge
Knowledge of ESMP EMP and environmental mitigation measures for hydropower projects
Skills in environmental inspection monitoring and site audits
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Ability to interpret environmental regulations and permits
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to identify and assess environmental risks
