In this role youll conduct comprehensive PT evaluations develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and track patient progress using standardized outcome measures. Youll lead gait and balance retraining functional mobility post-surgical rehabilitation neuromuscular conditioning and patient educationempowering clients to regain independence at home and in the community. Youll document care in electronic health records communicate with physicians and care teams and participate in regular case reviews to refine approaches.
