What youll do

  • Campaign Management
    Plan coordinate and execute sales campaigns to maximize market impact and revenue growth.
  • Budget Oversight and Analysis
    Monitor campaign budgets ensure accurate allocation and provide financial analysis to optimize spending.
  • Promotion Performance Analysis
    Track and evaluate promotional activities generating reports to measure ROI and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Collaborations with Customers
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers ensuring alignment on promotional strategies and objectives.
  • KPI Management
    Define monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure sales targets and operational goals are met.

What you must have

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 years in sales administration campaign management or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice if you have

  • Experience in FMCG or electronics industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and KPI dashboards.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
