Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of dealership experience with strong Finance (F&I) background
- Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving volume goals
- Deep understanding of desking deals and leasing
- Excellent communication coaching and closing skills
- Must thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the new car sales team to exceed monthly targets
- Work closely with Finance andBDC departments to drive performance
- Structure and close deals efficiently and profitably
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold Capitol Chevrolets reputation for excellence
