What Youll Earn & Drive

Competitive pay: $0.56$0.64 per mile (based on experience)
Average weekly earnings: $1200$1400
Weekly miles:
Freight type: 100% no-touch dry van with half drop & hook
Route coverage: Midwest only no freight west of the Mississippi
Home schedule: Out 14 days home 34 to 48 hours
Assigned trucks take your truck home
Modern fleet: 2021 Freightliner and Kenworth T680 automatic trucks

Training Program for New CDL-A Drivers

Valid Class A CDL required
Completion of 120 hours at accredited CDL school
Paid regional/OTR training lasting 4 to 6 weeks
Scheduled home time every other week during training (3448 hours)
Rider and pet privileges after training completion

Driver Qualifications

Minimum age: 21 years
Clean driving record no major incidents or violations within the past five years
No safety-related terminations
Consistent employment or training history for the last 10 years (acceptable school/training gaps)
No DUI/DWI felony or misdemeanor convictions in the last decade
Must successfully pass urine and hair drug tests
