Manager Service Center & Employee Data Management (English)

Role Overview
The Manager will lead HR Service Center operations and oversee Employee Data Management (EDM) to ensure accurate compliant and timely handling of employee information. This role combines operational leadership with data governance driving efficiency and superior employee experience across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Service Center Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of HR Service Center associates ensuring high performance and adherence to SLAs.
Act as escalation point for complex queries and ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible.
Drive seamless coordination between cross-functional teams (HRBP Payroll Talent Acquisition).
Employee Data Management
Oversee the integrity accuracy and security of employee data across HR systems (Workday preferred).
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR) and internal governance standards.
Monitor and approve data changes related to onboarding job changes transfers and terminations.
Implement controls for data audits and reporting to maintain high-quality records.
Operational Excellence
Optimize processes for HR transactions and service delivery.
Ensure timely completion of helpdesk tasks and EDM updates within KPI timelines.
Prepare and present operational and data quality reports to leadership.
Technology & Process
Drive adoption of HCM (Workday) and CRM (ServiceNow) for service and data management.
Identify automation opportunities to improve data accuracy and reduce manual interventions.
Continuous Improvement
Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience and streamline HR processes.
Participate in HR transformation projects and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
46 years of experience in HR operations and employee data management with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in English (C3 level).
Preferred:
Strong knowledge of HR processes EDM governance and compliance standards.
Experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms.
Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
