Position title:SAPBTPiXpIntern Penetration Tester

As a Penetration Tester you will conduct advanced security assessments on various applications and systems toidentifyvulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures. Yourexpertisewill directly contribute to strengthening our organizations security posture. You will consistently think ahead and out-of-the-box toanticipatenew threats and vulnerabilities and contribute to developingcutting-edgedefensive strategies.
Conduct thorough penetration tests on BTP infrastructure and servicesidentifyingsecurity vulnerabilities.
Perform manual and automated security assessments using industry-standard tools.
Provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate security best practices into SDLC processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processesmethodologiesand tools.
Supportthe creationofdetailed reports and presentations on findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Keep abreast of emerging threats trends andnew technologiesin the cybersecurity landscape.
Support incident response investigations and provideexpertiseduring security breaches.
Develop an understanding of the BTP infrastructureandtechnical architectures.
What you bring:
Werelooking for someone who takes initiative perseveres andstaycurious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Good university degree (bachelor diploma master) preferably in cyber security computer science or related field.
Initialexperience in penetration testing or at least CTF activities secure software development.
Initial experience in implementing scriptse.g.with Python
Being analyticalstructuredand a good communicator.
Fluent written and verbal skills in English German is a plus.
