Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a Construction Manager to join our team on a landmark project in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will bring strong site management experience leadership skills and the ability to manage complex construction activities under tight timelines. Only candidates available for immediate joining will be considered.

Supervise and coordinate all onsite construction activities.
Ensure project complies with specifications schedules and budgets.
Manage subcontractors suppliers and internal construction teams.
Lead progress meetings site inspections and quality control processes.
Review and approve method statements shop drawings and material submittals.
Enforce strict compliance with health safety and environmental standards.
Resolve site issues promptly and effectively to avoid project delays.
Prepare regular progress reports and communicate with senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Manager ideally on mega projects.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods sequencing and project controls.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management tools (Primavera MS Project etc..
Familiar with Saudi building codes and safety regulations.
Ready to join immediately and work fulltime onsite in Jeddah.
