Job Summary

Our client a leading global consulting services company is looking for a BigID System Administrator who is currently located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a contract role for a major project located in Riyadh KSA for an initial period of 12 months with a high probability of extension.

A successful candidate shall:

Identify and locate personal identifiable information (PII) across the data landscape using BigID tooling;
Establish and maintain data classification rules within BigID to categorize data based on sensitivity level;
Automate BigID s automation features to enforce data privacy policies and regulations;
Work alongside teams within the organization to educate key stakeholders on the functionality of BigID to ensure accurate data classification;
Manage user permissions set data discovery parameters within BigID;
Generate data reports to use for risk assessments identifying data quality issues and to support applicable data privacy regulations;
System configuration of the BigID tool and integration into other systems and databases.

Requirements

Qualifications of a successful candidate:

A Degree in Information Technology or a related field;
Experience with data discovery and classification techniques;
Strong understanding of data privacy tools namely BigID (preferred);
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automating tasks and integrations;
Understanding of data governance principles policies and framework;
Minimum of 3 to 5 of experience in Data Privacy or administering data governance/privacy platforms;
BigID certification (preferred not essential).
