Pharmacy Operations Manager (Doha Qatar)
Position Summary
Seeking a strategic results-driven Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead and elevate pharmacy services across our operations in Doha. This senior-level role demands excellence in regulatory compliance operational leadership team development and customer-centered service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred). Advanced degrees in Pharmacy Administration Healthcare Management or Business Administration are a strong advantage
Licensing: Must hold a valid pharmacist license in Qatar; experience with controlled substances licensing is highly desirable
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in pharmacy operations management; 710 years in senior roles ideal.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily pharmacy operations including dispensing accuracy customer service quality and operational integrity.
