Job Summary

Job Description:

1. Server & System Management

Manage monitor and maintain physical and virtual server environments to ensure high availability and performance.
Perform server provisioning configuration patching upgrades and decommissioning activities.
Handle system administration tasks across Linux/Unix (and/or Windows) environments.

2. Automation & Scripting

Design develop and maintain Python scripts for automation of routine operational tasks.
Automate server provisioning health checks log analysis patching and monitoring workflows.
Identify manual processes and drive automation initiatives to reduce operational overhead.

3. Troubleshooting & Support

Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues related to:
Server hardware and OS
User accounts and access management
Storage systems (local and shared)
Performance availability and capacity issues
Act as an escalation point for complex system-level incidents.
