This isnt your average food jobits high energy high volume and right in the heart of a legendary North Carolina ski area!

OVERVIEW:
The food service worker is responsible for the day-to-day preparation cooking packaging and serving of food in Cataloochees Cat Kafe. A food service worker will be expected to deal directly with the public on a daily basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serving up hot food and great vibes to hungry skiers & snowboarders
Working the register and keeping lines moving fast
Keeping kitchens counters and dining areas clean and stocked
Jumping in wherever neededbecause teamwork makes the mountain run
Delivering friendly upbeat service all day long

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Ability to keep up in a fast-moving environment
Dependable punctual and ready to hustle
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
Experience is greatbut well train you if you bring the right attitude

THE DETAILS

Seasonal winter positions
Full-time & part-time schedules available
Must be available weekends holidays and peak ski days

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able and willing to work a varied schedule (weekend holidays and nights)
Must be willing to report to work at the scheduled time
Must be willing to report to work as scheduled despite inclement weather
Must be able to move throughout the resort comfortably and quickly physically
Must be able to stand for a long period of time
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
