Job Summary

Employment Contract: Outsource/Full-Time
Contract Duration: 2 months
Must be available to join by Jan 18 2026
Must be locally available with a valid QID
Nationality Requirements: Arabic Indian and Filipino Nationals
Previous call centre experience is mandatory
Excellent English verbal communication skills

Shift Schedule:

Male agents: Rotational shifts including weekends with 24/7 coverage
Female agents: Shift hours up to 9:00 PM including weekends
Flexibility to work varying weekday/weekend hours as per operational needs

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
Record customer interactions and update relevant databases
Meet performance targets (quality call handling time customer satisfaction)
Collaborate with team members and supervisors for continuous improvement
