We are a leading technology and cybersecurity company seeking an experienced Microsoft System Engineer to join its professional and dynamic team. The role involves managing complex enterprise IT environments supporting multiple independent entities and ensuring high availability security and system stability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain enterprise IT environments
Full responsibility for servers and systems including multiple Data Centers
Manage Active Directory environments
Manage Group Policies (GPOs)
Perform system hardening and security best practices
Support environments divided into multiple independent companies
Manage separate domains including international operations
Work with CA and PKI-based infrastructures
Manage enterprise messaging and collaboration systems including:
- High-availability mailbox environments
- Database replication and failover mechanisms
- Message transport and routing
- Client connectivity protocols
- Message journaling and compliance features
- Administrative management tools
- Logging and performance optimization

Mandatory Requirements

10 years of experience working in enterprise IT environments
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft-based infrastructures
Strong experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
Experience managing multi-domain environments
Hands-on experience with enterprise messaging systems
Experience working with CA and PKI infrastructures
