WE ARE HIRING!

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Bridge and Civil Design Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of Houston TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the planning design and production of bridge and civil engineering drawings calculations and technical reports.
Support project teams with data collection analysis and preparation of design documents cost estimates and specifications.
Participate in field observations and construction support activities including shop drawing reviews progress documentation and quality control tasks.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate design alternatives develop innovative solutions and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE: 02 years of professional experience in structural or civil engineering (internship or co-op experience preferred).
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).Familiarity with AutoCAD or MicroStation (preferred). Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform engineering calculations and support preparation of technical reports.
PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.

Expected compensation range is between $65000 - $85000 annually depending on skills experience and geographical location.
