About this role:
Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Generate leads through networking referrals and company-provided resources
Educate clients on available policies and coverage options
Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

What youll do:
Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to understand their coverage needs
Compare carrier options and recommend solutions that genuinely fit
Build and maintain a client pipeline through referrals networking and provided leads
Follow up consistently most sales happen after the first conversation
Keep up with carrier products underwriting guidelines and industry changes
Manage your own schedule and hold yourself accountable to your results
What were looking for:
Active life insurance license or a clear commitment to obtaining one
Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
Self-directed and comfortable working without a supervisor standing over you
Strong communicator you can explain complex things simply and clearly
Comfortable with basic tech: email CRM tools video calls
Prior insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required
