Job Summary
Draft review and negotiate various commercial contracts including service agreements supplier contracts NDAs and partnership agreements.
Provide legal advice and support to internal departments on daytoday commercial operations.
Ensure the company s activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise management accordingly.
Support in handling disputes claims and litigation cases in coordination with external counsel.
Assist in corporate governance matters including board resolutions company secretarial tasks and legal documentation.
Maintain and update contract databases and legal records.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Law from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal role with a focus on commercial law.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian commercial and corporate law.
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Bar Association membership is a plus.
