Job Summary

Overview: Responsible for delivering training and education material to the public and to support specific needs of brokers issuers and investors as requested by Listings and P&MD.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver education and training material to the general public
Create tailored training materials for brokers issuers and investors on the audience
Produce various tailored approaches to delivering training based in the audience
Implement effective marketing and outreach material for training in close conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Department
Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Department to create general awareness in the market of activities from a thought leadership perspective
Partner with universities to create opportunities for senior management to speak to students in order to develop the companys presence as a leader in the financial market
Evaluate and appropriately tailor courses based on participant and expert feedback.
Promote and deliver Financial Literacy Programs with Universities and high school students.
Leading the Website Content Committee.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or relevant field
Certified Trainer qualifications
Over 5 years of related training /teaching experience within financial institutions
Excellent research skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in English and Arabic is required
