Job Summary

Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Executive to manage and optimize Google and Social media advertising campaigns. The role involves end-to-end campaign execution budget management and performance analysis to drive measurable ROI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads and Social platforms with a strong analytical mindset and focus on results.

Responsibilities


Plan execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search Display YouTube) and Social platforms (Meta LinkedIn etc.).
Manage daily budget pacing bid strategies and campaign performance metrics.
Conduct keyword research audience segmentation and competitor analysis.
Perform A/B testing of creatives ad copies and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency.
Monitor KPIs such as ROI CPL CPC CTR and conversions to ensure performance targets are met.
Prepare detailed performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
Implement tracking using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
Identify optimization opportunities and recommend strategic improvements.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends tools and platform updates.




Requirements


Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (preferred).
15 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (mandatory).
Experience in managing campaign budgets and performance reporting.
Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Must-have: Minimum 1 year experience in Google & Social paid campaigns.

Reporting To: Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Lead
Must have :1 years of experience in paid Media Campaign along with Google Ads and Social Paid Platforms (Meta Instagram LinkedIn etc.)
Location: Pune
Salary Range: 5 to 9 LPA
Mode of Work: Work from Office (WFO 5 Days)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 2:30 PM
Employment Type: Full Time
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
