Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer for one of our Pharmaceutical Company based in Chaklala Rawalpindi. This role is critical in shaping the visual identity of our brand across marketing materials product packaging digital platforms and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pharmaceutical aesthetics compliance with medical communication standards and the ability to translate complex scientific information into visually compelling patient-friendly designs. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our indoor marketing initiatives ensuring all visual content aligns with regulatory guidelines and enhances brand credibility.
Responsibilities
- Design high-impact visual content for pharmaceutical products including packaging brochures leaflets posters and digital ads.
- Collaborate with marketing medical and regulatory teams to ensure all designs comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Create engaging visuals for indoor marketing displays promotional events and point-of-sale materials within the pharmaceutical outlet.
- Develop digital assets for social media websites and email campaigns tailored to healthcare professionals and end consumers.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms while adapting designs for different target audiences.
- Conduct research on current design trends and regulatory guidelines in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on color psychology typography and visual hierarchy to enhance user engagement and message clarity.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field.
- 13 years of professional experience in graphic design preferably in pharmaceuticals healthcare or medical marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Canva for collaborative design.
- Strong understanding of medical and pharmaceutical branding standards including compliance with advertising regulations.
- Ability to create clear accurate and visually appealing designs that communicate complex health information effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for typography color and layout.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio showcasing experience in healthcare pharmaceutical or medical-related design projects.
- Female candidates preferred for indoor marketing executive role (as per internal requirement).
