As a Manufacturing Engineer you are responsible for developing and maintaining methods operating sequences and processes in the fabrication of parts components subassemblies and final work closely with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and new products and youll use engineering principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs improve product quality determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements. Your expertise in lean principles automation and continuous improvement will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and achieving higher levels of productivity and cost-effectiveness. Youll develop and use test procedures evaluate test results and assess work methods procedures and policies to identify root cause issues and solutions that ensure operational success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and manage Operations reporting framework and system.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop implement and manage data transfer network between tools applications CIM and DB.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure related architectures are up to date and DB integrity.
Utilize big data analytic to identify area of improvement not limiting to process yield cycle time Tool OEE.
Lead / Support line automation projects and initiatives.

Functional Knowledge

Highly skilled in reporting software (Tableau PowerBI etc) CIM MES and DB architecture.
Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication operations preferred.
Has developed advanced specialized expertise within an analytical/scientific area to perform the most complex work.

Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products processes or services

May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements risk and/or complexity
