Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations of the QMS documentation revision control and ensuring compliance with standards (ISO 9001 etc.).
• Leading internal audits coordinating external certification audits (registrar/customer) and auditing suppliers.
• Investigating quality issues performingroot cause analysis and implementingCorrective and Preventive Actions(CAPA).
• Working with engineering production and supply chain teams to integrate quality into product development and processes.
• Developing and delivering QMS training supporting technical services and analyzing failure modes.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.

Functional Knowledge

• Understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001) and methodologies (Lean Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and root cause identification.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Experience with audits (internal supplier customer) and CAPA systems (8D).
• Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication operations preferred.
