Essential Role Requirements:

• Strong understanding and experience in general labouring tasks on construction sites
• Ability to assist tradespeople with a variety of tasks including material handling site preparation and general maintenance
• Experienced in working safely around live services and adhering to health and safety protocols
• Proactive with good time management skills
• Responsible for replenishing materials maintaining clean and safe site conditions and ensuring safe access route
• Able to perform daily pre-start safety checks on equipment and report maintenance requirements to site management

Desirable:

• Additional CPCS/NPORS* tickets for machinery operation such as Telehandlers Dumpers and Rollers
• 1-2 years experience in construction labouring with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Experience working as part of a team or gang is highly valued

General Expectations:

• Reliable & punctual
• Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time
• Right to work in the UK

Cards & Qualifications Required:

• CSCS Labourer or similar qualification
• GQA Labourer with relevant experience

Additional/Desirable Cards & Qualifications:

• CPCS/NPORS* Forward Tipping Dumper
• CPCS/NPORS* Ride on Roller/Road Roller
• CAT and Genny Training
• Safety Critical Medical (Site Specific)
