Job Description

We are currently seeking a Brand Ambassador who will report to a Regional Sales Manager in Kering Eyewear China

Your opportunity

The potential candidate will capable of customer relations brand performance and Store Management with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

客户关系

与门店经理和店员建立建设性合作关系

作为客户提出反馈信息和需求的品牌联络负责人.

品牌表现

确保销售目标的达成.

协助支持每季新品的发布.

保证并监督门店的品牌渗透力.

确保每个门店的产品陈列及库存充足.

遵守选择性分销准则优化并监督产品分销.

店内

通过谈判并提升品牌在店铺的曝光率管理和优化品牌形象.

确保门店遵守品牌陈列指引及标准.

遵守准则保护品牌资产维护在零售的品牌形象.

零售管理

区域内市场资源管理/分配/跟进基础道具/灯片

区域内全国零售项目的推进与落地K金/神访

区域内大型市场资源的管理专柜/橱窗/HPP

A/A类门店管理以及全品牌培训

培训

确保针对产品品牌及贸易营销培训活动的实施.

报告

及时并准确提供客户/门店拜访报告收集整理客户针对产品和品牌的反馈信息.

分析并汇报竞争对手活动情况(品牌/产品/陈列量/活动/结果).

分析畅销款和滞销款( 例如价格颜色或者款式等原因).

我们希望的候选人具备

Who you are

经验:具有时尚/奢侈品化妆品快速消费品经验背景; 扎实稳定的贸易营销及市场陈列背景

IT技能电脑操作经验(Microsoft套件)

语言具备基本英语能力

技能优秀的交际能力较强的目标完成导向能力出色的谈判技巧出色的沟通及演说技巧善于分析的态度 &学习能力

其他能够接受经常在外出差
