Our Mesa Logistic & Distribution (L&D) Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Team manages both flows of Raw Materials and Finished Goods to manufacturing and to customers respectfully. We bring our passion pride & purpose with us each day to ensure we are continuing to provide our life saving technology to patients across the world at the same high quality they have come to expect from Dexcom. We are looking for respectful driven and self-motivated leaders to join and help us continue to expand and grow our RDC L&D organization!

Where you come in:

  • Coordinate and schedule customer pickups and expedited freight shipments.

  • Design manage and oversee the outbound order special requirements process including custom labeling documentation and vendor systems data entry.

  • Administer the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process ensuring action tracking and completion.

  • Monitor site processes and coordinate activities as assigned.

  • Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement projects as assigned.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination with internal teams at Dexcom including Planning Quality and Manufacturing.

  • Serve as the site lead for Change Management initiatives.

  • Operate within the Night Shift RDC environment ensuring strong communication and alignment with cross-shift partners and day-shift leadership.

  • Utilize Oracle EBS to execute troubleshoot and support warehouse functions; prior Oracle EBS experience is preferred and strongly valued.

  • Develop your team through coaching accountability and daily reinforcement of Dexcom culture fostering a high-performing and respectful night-shift environment

  • You must have experience with Oracle Warehouse Manage Systems to perform and train others to warehouse functions of receiving inventory management order picking and shipping.

  • You have knowledge of transportation scheduling for both inbound and outbound shipments.

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 5-8 years of industry experience

  • Informal management/ team lead experience

Language Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals;ability to write routine reports and correspondence;ability to verbally communicate with leadership employees and auditors; ability to comprehend spoken language.

Physical Demands:

Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing walking and sitting for extended periods of time; frequent use of the hands fingers wrist and greater arm to handle small materials tools boxes and trays; lifting and carrying objects up to 50Ibs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling twisting and squatting movements.

Work Environment:

Employees may be exposed to the following environmental conditions while performing this job: work near moving parts work with chemicals outdoor weather conditions exposure to intense light and/or intermittent light fast-paced work and elevated noise levels.
