DescriptionThe Housing/Dorm Custodial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring that teams meet productivity quality and safety standards. This role involves managing personnel coordinating tasks and supporting continuous improvement across departments or work sites.
Pay: 18.50/hr

Shift:Monday- Friday 7am-4pm weekends and overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff across assigned areas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching or corrective actions as needed.
- Schedule shifts assign tasks and manage workloads to meet operational goals.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- Train new employees and support ongoing development of team members.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance performance and incidents.
- Report operational updates and concerns to upper management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience with lean operations or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with scheduling and workforce management software.
