Job Summary

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Agile PLM Developer to support the ongoing development configuration and support of the Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Windchill CAD applications. This role will take over responsibilities transitioning from a previous SME  including handling PLM data requests backlog items and providing technical support for product GRS and related integrations. The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad during US EST time zone. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Agile PLM Development & Support 

  • Manage and fulfill incoming Agile PLM/Windchill  change requests enhancements and support tickets. 

  • Configure and customize PLM workflows user interfaces and business rules using Agile SDK and Web Services. 

  • Maintain and update product BOM specification and document metadata based on stakeholder requests. 


Qualifications :

Backlog & Transition Management 

  • Take over and maintain the backlog of work transitioned from SME ensuring continuity of support and development activities. 

  • Participate in Agile sprint planning backlog grooming and stand-ups to ensure timely delivery of prioritized tasks. 

  • Document system changes transition details and knowledge transfer materials as part of handover. 

Integration & GRS Support 

  • Support integrations between Agile PLM and downstream systems including product GRS ERP and quality systems. 

  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data and integration-related issues impacting compliance and product launch timelines. 

  • Ensure data integrity system performance and audit readiness. 

Collaboration & Communication 

  • Partner with business users IT analysts and QA/regulatory teams to understand and deliver on functional needs. 

  • Provide guidance on PLM system usage and best practices. 

  • Support testing validation and release management processes. 

Communication:Facilitate effective communication between offshore and onshore teams ensuring transparency and alignment on project status risks and issues. 

Problem Solving:Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational challenges to ensure smooth project execution. 

Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requirements. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related field. 

  • Experience:3  years of experience with Oracle Agile PLM development and support. 

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency with Agile SDK Java XML and PLM Web Services/API integration. Experience with data structures and workflows related to BOMs specs items and product changes. Familiarity with regulatory or GxP compliance environments  is a plus. Oracle PL/SQL (required) and use of Stored Procedures & Functions. 

  • Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. 

  • Cultural Awareness:Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage teams across different time zones. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and PLM processes in CPG industry. 

  • Experience with JIRA ServiceNow or similar ticketing/backlog systems. 

  • Good communication documentation and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
