クリニカルオペレーションズリーダーは臨床オペレーションとしての成果物タイムライン質生産性を確実に提供するためにプロジェクトリーダーやスポンサーと連携を取りながらクリニカルチームを取りまとめプロジェクトにおける臨床オペレーション戦略の実施全般において説明責任を負います
なおプロジェクトリーダーが任命されていないような小規模なプロジェクトにおいてはプロジェクトリーダーとしての役割も担います
責任者として任命された業務はグローバルリサーチオペレーションの全ての規律を含むものとします
- 現場で治験にあたるCRAのチームマネジメント
- 顧客対応
- プロジェクト計画と開始
- プロジェクトの実施管理と評価
- プロジェクト終結 - 臨床オペレーション戦略のCRAや関係各所への説明
- 小規模なプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトリーダーの役割
求める知識経験
- 臨床開発の実務経験5年以上CRAPMPL経験含む
- 臨床部門でのチームリーダーまたは同様の経験臨床試験における部門間の調整業務実績などを含む
臨床研究における実務経験またはこれらと同様の臨床研究における経験 - Global Study英語を業務で使った経験等があれば尚可
