Weekend Requirements : Every 3rd Weekend
On Call Requirements : No Call
Requirement description :
- 2 years of X-Ray Experience - REQUIRED
- ER Experience - Required
- Surgery Experience - REQUIRED
- Prior travel work experience - REQUIRED
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
- Work history
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the speciality (Radiologic Technologist) - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active Illinois/IL Radiologic Technologist License - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active American Heart Association BLS - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active Certification through American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
