The Compliance & Asset Management Officer provides support to the whole Agama Advisors team and has the following responsibilities:
- Carrying out AML/CFT due diligence on investors and investments counterparts including risk assessment and identification (investor and asset)
- Follow-up with clients to gather necessary documentation related to the AML/CFT due diligence performed on the investors and investments
- Performing AML/CFT due diligence reports
- Participation in the firms monitoring process
- Monitoring name screening alerts on our internal automatic tool (Cascade) daily
- Escalate any true positive alerts to the line manager
Qualifications :
- University degree/Business school in law finance compliance
- At least 2 years experience in the financial services sector in AML/KYC and/or Compliance functions
- Proficient in the Office package (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Proficient in World-Check tool is an asset
- Perfect command of English and French (oral and written)
