Job Summary
Grand Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior AI & Automation Engineer to join our growing team in Cairo Egypt. This is a full-time job. As a Senior AI & Automation Engineer you will play a critical role in designing developing and implementing cutting-edge AI and automation solutions to optimize our operations and drive innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation develop and deploy AI agents and monitor their performance. This role requires a strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms automation tools and software engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities
AI Development & Implementation
Design develop and deploy advanced AI/ML agents for business-critical applications.
Apply data preprocessing feature engineering and model optimization techniques for high performance and scalability.
Research and integrate cutting-edge AI frameworks algorithms and tools into production environments.
Perform model evaluation tuning and A/B testing to ensure accuracy robustness and compliance with project goals.
Automation Engineering
Design and implement process automation solutions using Python scripting RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools and AI-assisted automation.
Build APIs pipelines and integration layers to connect AI models with enterprise systems.
Develop intelligent AI agents to automate repetitive rule-based and data-intensive tasks.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor automation workflows in cloud and on-prem environments.
Software Development & Coding
Write clean efficient and well-documented Python code for AI and automation projects.
Develop modular reusable and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
Integrate AI/automation components into larger software ecosystems.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work with data scientists data engineers software developers and business analysts to define AI automation requirements and deliverables.
Mentor junior engineers and review code for quality scalability and security.
Lead technical discussions provide AI expertise and contribute to strategic AI roadmaps.
