Job Summary

FullTime Faculty Humanities (Business Ethics)

Overview:
The School of Arts and Sciences invites applications for a fulltime Humanities faculty position with a specialization in Business Ethics or Applied Ethics. We seek a studentcentered educator who will contribute to our interdisciplinary focus on critical thinking ethical reasoning and the humanities in a global context.

Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate courses in Business Ethics and related humanities subjects.
Develop and update syllabi lesson plans and assessments aligned with course outcomes.
Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that promotes ethical inquiry and critical thinking.
Provide timely feedback academic advising and maintain regular office hours.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and academic initiatives.
Maintain accurate academic records and comply with university policies.
Stay current in the fields of ethics humanities and instructional best practices.

Qualifications:

Masters degree or higher in Humanities Business Ethics Philosophy or a closely related field.
Strong academic background or professional experience in Business Ethics or Applied Ethics.
Minimum of two years of universitylevel teaching experience.
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Prior business or industry experience is an advantage.
Experience integrating ethical perspectives into multidisciplinary curricula is preferred
